Blair Oaks offers Gifted Education screening and programming. The BES, BIS, and BMS gifted programs serve students in grades K-8.  Gifted student screening is based on the following criteria:

• Advanced MAP scores in 2 subject areas

• Otis-Lennon School Ability Test (OLSAT) scores at or above 95thpercentile rank

• Individual Intelligence Test score at or above 95thpercentile rank

Transfer students who have participated in a recognized gifted education program in their previous schools are generally able to transfer directly into the program.
