If you are new to the Blair Oaks R-II School District and have a student entering the Intermediate School, please view/print the New Student Packet (left) along with any other information appropriate for your student. You may also visit the Intermediate School office to pick up a hard copy packet. If you have any questions, please call the Intermediate School office at (573) 635-6864.

The following must be submitted with completed enrollment packets:
1. student's birth certificate
2. immunization record
3. (2) proofs of residency [(1) copy of electric, gas, or water bill AND (2) rental/lease agreement or real estate tax statement].
