Blair Oaks Elementary follows federal nutrition guidelines serving more fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and low-fat dairy than ever before. School cafeteria professionals prepare and serve balanced, nutritious meals in age-appropriate portion sizes that provide needed nutrition and promote healthy childhood weights. 

Please pay in advance for school lunches or extra milks either bi-weekly or monthly. Notices will be sent home when meal balance reaches $0.

If you think you qualify for free/reduced lunch prices, we encourage you to apply. You may pick up an application in the BES office. Application acceptance is based on annual income and the number of family members. If your financial status changes at any time during the year, applications are available. Direct your application to the principal’s office. All applications will be kept confidential.

Parents, grandparents, and guardians are invited to eat lunch with their student in the cafeteria. Please send a note with your student if you would like to purchase a school lunch. Plan to arrive before your student's lunch period begins as you will need to sign-in at the office and pay for your meal. You will join your student at the office upon check in.
