It is an honor to serve as principal of Blair Oaks Elementary and to be a member of an experienced staff that is deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of  students.

  • I believe in a team partnership with effective communication. This includes the students, staff, administration, parents, and community patrons. This creates an environment of shared understanding and responsibility in the development of students’ needs. I believe all voices should be heard and valued toward the improvement of educational practices.
     

  • I believe that ALL students can learn and a solid education is the best way to create life-long learners.
     

  • I believe that building relationships between home and school is essential to learning and growing. Taking the initiative to develop and sustain relationships is crucial for the dynamics of teaching and learning.
