Blair Oaks Elementary

Information

• We will remain using the elementary building and the intermediate building. We will use the elementary cafeteria for breakfasts and lunches. (Please note: This all is subject to change.) 

• ALL students will be dropped off and picked up at the elementary building in the mornings and afternoons. 

• Grades K-5 will be grade level classrooms, assigned to a teacher. 

• Students K-8  will have recess and specials each day. 

• Teachers will send home a newsletter with the students the first week of

  summer

  school

  with information regarding the class. 

• We will begin on the Tuesday following Memorial Day. We will NOT be in session on Fridays. (With the exception of Friday, May 30.) See list of dates above. 

• Middle

  school

  students will not enroll in specific

  classes

  , as the

  summer

  school

  classes

  will now resemble a regular middle

  school

  schedule. Students will be assigned to a classroom teacher and those classrooms will rotate to other middle

  school

  teachers throughout the day incorporating the core subjects along with electives

  classes

  .

  . Class time will be 7:55am-3:25pm. Please note release time for planning purposes. 

• There will not be two different sessions offered. There will just be one session for the 15 days.
